B. Preparation of the SSA-L505 letter

SSA-L505 (Residence Address Letter) is used to request a beneficiary’s residence address when only the mailing address is available in SSA’s records. You can access this notice in the Document Processing System (DPS). For more information about scheduling a Centenarian Interview, see GN 02602.510.
