B. Preparation of the SSA-L501 letter

SSA-L501 (Home Visit Letter) is used to schedule an interview to be conducted at the beneficiary’s residence for the Centenarian Project, Gerontology Project, and the Medicare Non-Utilization Project (MNUP). For the Centenarian Project and MNUP, access this notice and its Spanish translation in the Document Processing System (DPS). For the Gerontology Project, access this notice and its Spanish translation in StaRZ & StriPEs—The Next Generation (SSTNG).
