The requests for reconsideration filed by the following groups are not a part of the disability determination services (DDS) jurisdiction:

  • career railroad (RR) employees

  • annuitants of deceased career RR workers

  • disabled dependents of deceased career RR workers

The DDS does not process requests for reconsideration cases from the previously cited groups; therefore, forward the cases to the following address:
