A. Policy

1. Limitations

The medical opinion does not:

  1. reflect the findings of other sources.

  2. establish conclusive judgments about levels of work an individual can perform.

2. Consideration

The medical opinion must always be carefully considered and addressed. (See DI 24503.000.)
