DI 22511: Documenting and Evaluating Mental Impairments
The evaluation of disability on the basis of a mental disorder requires documentation to substantiate the existence of a medically determinable impairment(s) and to establish the degree of limitation the impairment(s) imposes on the individual's ability to work.
