GN 02250: Waiver Provisions for Title II and Title XVIII Overpayments

Procedure

Take requests for waiver of recovery of title XVIII overpayments, but do not make decisions on the requests. Forward the completed SSA-632-BK to CMS. Notify the PC so the ROAR record can be deleted.
